ABA programs and events are made possible by the generous support of our sponsors. Sponsorship enables ABA to keep registration rates and other costs low for attendees, while offering more opportunities for ABA’s Allied Members to showcase and market themselves, innovating and helping Baker Members find solutions to today’s industry challenges and opportunities.

Sponsorship opportunities for ABA’s programs and events are exclusive for Members. There are several ways to sponsor through ABA, including in-person events, virtual events, research and programs like the Bakers Manufacturing Academy.

How Sponsorship Works

Most opportunities are first-come-first-serve. However, some opportunities have a pre-existing first-right-of-refusal status and will be indicated by red text in the “quantity available section.” ABA Convention is the only event that has “First-Right-of-Refusal.”

Some opportunities are approval-based, specifically the research-related items such as the Convention Research and the Webinar Research sponsorship opportunities.

Exhibits

ABA Members interested in exhibiting on a larger scale are encouraged to exhibit at the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE), which is co-owned by ABA and BEMA. ABA Members receive a special discount on their exhibitor rate.

Maximizing Return on Investment

Members are invited to review the opportunities and select items across all the events and activities for maximum exposure throughout the year.

Each event/activity section indicates the benefits and collateral sponsors receive at a minimum and each item listing indicates additional ROI items specific to the item.

ABA is willing to design packages for members as well, based on the items below, and can recommend selections based on a Member’s needs and ROI.
