State vs. federal advocacy

The pace of states’ legislative processes and priorities combined with the fluid pace of state legislatures, combined with complex schedules and sometimes very short sessions make state advocacy much different than federal advocacy. ABA’s strategic, focused approach provides Members with highly effective solutions.
