ABA's Membership options are as varied as the products our Members create. Our dynamic dues structure meets Members where they are to help get them to where they're going.
The American Bakers Association is honored to be the only bakery-specific national and state trade association, delivering results on priorities affecting one of the largest sectors of the food and beverage industry.
ABA's various Membership options cater to the baking industry's diverse landscape. Please review the following Membership categories or contact our Membership team to determine which is the best fit for your company.
Baker Membership
A Baker Member is any wholesale bakery that manufactures baked goods in the United States.
ABA Baker Members produce bread, rolls, cookies, crackers, bagels, sweet goods, tortillas, and many other baked products feeding America’s families.
Dues are determined based on the most recent fiscal year’s gross sales of baked goods. Bakers with less than $2 million/year revenue should explore our Baking Industry Entrepreneur membership.
Many of ABA's Members started with an ounce of ideas and a cup of passion and have since grown into successful, innovative wholesale baking companies.
ABA recognizes the importance of supporting these start-up companies and understands not all of our services fit their needs. Therefore, we offer Baker Entrepreneurs a discounted Membership rate.
Membership dues for baking industry companies with up to $2 million in yearly revenue is a reasonable $450/year. Our Membership team looks forward to discussing the importance of engaging with the industry's trade association while a company is in its growth phase.
