About Ben

Ben is the Director of Membership for the American Bakers Association.  He has extensive experience building consultative relationships with executives and delivering value that addresses their specific priorities and challenges.  He is dedicated to understanding what makes organizations tick, connecting them with insights that matter to them, and becoming an advocate for their input.

Ben has experience managing large and complex member and client relationships for the National Association of Manufacturers, EAB, and Royall & Company.  He is driven by intellectual curiosity, a desire to stay on the cutting edge, and a tenacious dedication to delivering results.

Ben’s Expertise, Roles, and Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy member engagement campaigns and strategies
  • Increase member retention and grow overall dues investment through outbound recruitment
  • Utilize business intelligence and technology to effectively scale and target member and prospect outreach
  • Monitor and communicate priority policy developments, industry trends, and other value drivers to the membership

Chocolate chip cookies, but he has yet to meet a baked good he doesn't like.
