Customized Training

The program concentrates on the specific operational needs of each facility and addresses any training issues it may have. Impactful and time-efficient for training a number of employees at the same time, this program is especially beneficial for facilities that have ongoing operational issues or no standardized training program implemented.

Each program is developed in advance by conducting a needs assessment. The program may include but is not limited to employee training sessions; technical training, advice on production and formula issues, and troubleshooting plant-specific issues. A summary of activities and accomplishments is provided post-visit.
