A flexible training solution for bakers and baking companies
The flexibility of the Bakers Manufacturing Academy (BMA) allows:
- Entire corporations to integrate BMA training enterprise-wide by activating each bakery/facility location access to enroll and manage their workforce into programs that work best for their employee training goals.
- Or enroll in any of our educational programs as an individual to build your professional career.
Pricing
Each category is subject to pricing depending on being an ABA member or a member of an affiliate association. You can review both the member and non-member pricing structure and time allotment by viewing the Bakers Manufacturing Academy Course Catalog.
Enrollment Categories
A bakery or facility can fill out the enrollment form to be able to use the academy portal to enroll as many employees as you wish, at any time. This will allow access to all the educational programs, enable you to track employee participation, view graduate certificates and badges earned, download reports, engage with employees through the academy portal, receive notifications, and more.
Individuals create an account in any of the available educational programs without having to go through a bakery/facility. You will be required to pre-pay for a course before you are able to gain access to the educational materials.
