2022 Front Line Training Develops and Empowers Rising Plant-Level Supervisors

Students at the Frontline Leadership training in March 2022 gained a greater understanding of how their leadership can increase safety, productivity, and motivation in a manufacturing environment. 

Participants at the Baltimore, Maryland training came from a variety of baking companies including New Horizons Bakery, Gold Medal Bakery, Northeast Foods/H&S/Mid Atlantic, Kroger Co, Bimbo QSR, and Schulze & Burch Co.
