About Maya

Maya helps to make sure that Members can fully take advantage of their membership and all the offerings that ABA provides. She collaborates with the Membership team and Meetings and Education team on various webinars, conferences, and conventions while providing top-tier service in the process.

Maya leverages her background in programming, logistics, and communications to foster meaningful relationships between members.

Before starting with ABA, Maya was in the client services field, working to build effective member-focused movements and campaigns with the Raben Group. Maya also has experience in issue and electoral politics, having worked as a field organizer for several Democratic campaigns, including local, state, and national campaigns. Maya served as the co-Chair of JNF’s National College Summit, organizing programming about sustainability and social diversity and inclusion for 300 student leaders from across the country.

Maya graduated from THE Ohio State University in 2020, with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Leadership, Management, and Policy and specialization in Women and Gender Politics. Since moving to DC, Maya has taken advantage of all the incredible restaurants around the city and enjoys frequenting the many museums DC has to offer. Her favorite is the Hillwood House Museum and Gardens.
