2009 ABA Legal Conference
September 16-17, in Washington, D.C.

The 2009 Annual Legal Committee Conference took place Sept. 15- 17, in Washington, DC. Part of the meeting was held in conjunction with the ABA Executive Leadership Development Committee (ELDC) Public Policy Forum, providing the committee with the opportunity to partake in advocacy preparation on key issues for bakers as well as participate in Congressional visits addressing bakers’ concerns on pending key legislation including health care, food safety and climate change.
